Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, package dimensions, and selected service. We do not currently offer free shipping, international shipping, local delivery, or in-store pickup.

USPS Shipping Services

• USPS Ground Advantage: estimated 2–5 business days after USPS receives the package.
• USPS Priority Mail: estimated 2–3 business days after USPS receives the package.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: estimated 1–3 days after USPS receives the package. Any USPS service guarantee is subject to USPS eligibility, acceptance cutoffs, destination, and terms.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking and Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges when an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, damage, or delivery problem, contact us at info@bizeandbize.com. We will assist with the applicable carrier claim or resolution.
