How do I personalize my car charm?
Enter the name, initials, date or short message for the round tag in the product’s Personalization field. Short wording is recommended. Carefully check spelling, capitalization and punctuation; personalization is created as entered.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout.

Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized, custom and engraved items are final sale, except where applicable rights require otherwise. For eligible return requests, contact us within 7 days and before sending anything back. Items must meet the conditions in our return policy.
Will my stone look exactly like the photo?
Natural tiger eye varies in color, banding and pattern. Please read each product description and review the measurement photos for details.
